Steven served eight years in the United States Marine Corps and Reserves, earning Marine-of-the-year honors and several meritorious masts. He enjoys reading, volunteer board service, and physical fitness. He also co-founded Paradigm Alignment, a small business advocate and consultative firm in Lone Tree, Colorado.
