Monica Wasden
As the Director of Operations, Wasden is responsible for all internal operational and administrative functions and has organizational, administrative and program authority as deemed appropriate by the DCCF Board of Directors for the effective pursuit and achievement of DCCF’s mission.
Wasden has prior experience in operations and project management at a variety of companies and holds several credentials in project management for foundations. She has been a resident of Douglas County for 30 years and volunteered for several nonprofits in the community, including currently as the Board President for the Highlands Ranch Community Association, on the executive committee of the Douglas County EDC and as Board Chair of the Douglas County EDC Chamber.
Previously Wasden was involved in starting various nonprofits in Douglas County, such as the Highlands Ranch Chamber, Public Safety Advisory Committee for the Douglas County Sheriff and the Douglas County Fair Foundation.
